Given the fact that the majority (60-65%) of the Saudi
population is about to graduate high school and college and enter into the workforce,
the country needs a leadership that connects with these youth and meets their
demands. As the current Saudi ruling princes grow older and frailer, they
remain detached from the needs of the growing number of young people and their
skyrocketing expectations. A new generation of technocrats needs to step up and
steer the kingdom in the right direction.
